Summary:
On 16th of May 2015 at 09:55 h, a BEECHCRAFT BARON 58 airplane with registration mark SX-API, while executing flight from Athens International Airport “El. Venizelos” (LGAV) to the general aviation aerodrome at Megara (LGMG) and reaching Megara Aerodrome Traffic Zone (ATZ) at a height of 600 ft and 2 nm south of it, was found to be in converging course with another aircraft PIPER PA28-161 with registration mark SX-ARA which had been taken off from Megara aerodrome (LGMG) in order to perform a training flight. The latest aircraft was flying at height of 500 ft.
