Recommendation PREAMBLE:

The investigation revealed that in aircraft’s technical logs were discrepancies in the entries which were corrected in wrong way so the airplane’s recordkeeping was unreliable. Also, the aircraft’s technical logs were not on board the aircraft in contrary to current regulating framework. The process of transferring the aircraft’s data and technical discrepancies by telephone was not securing their accuracy.
