Recommendation PREAMBLE:

For the maintenance implementation, the continuing airworthiness management organization must issue the total maintenance works in task cards in such a form that every step of the performed work to be certified separately. During the investigation it was proved that task cards were not issued with the above mentioned form but for the total of the works there were signed copies of the maintenance manual pages.
